Halloween Frankie Pizzas

Using our super easy to use and versatile Soda Bread mix, with some Spooky culinary creativity, you can make some Freaky Frankie Pizzas with your Little Monsters this Halloween.

 1 Bag of Soda Bread Mix
 23 tsp Matcha Tea Powder
 330 ml Water
 25 ml Oil (Rapeseed, Olive, Sunflower, Vegetable)
 Pizza Sauce
 Cheese
 Olives
 Mushroom

Gather up your ingredients and utensils. Preheat oven to 200C.
You will need a mixing bowl, mixing spoon, flour for dusting,

Empty Soda bread mix into bowl

Add Matcha Tea powder, and stir

Add water and oil.

Mix all together, until it is all combined and a uniform dough has been formed.

Scrape mixture out onto a floured work surface.

Sprinkle with flour, and knead until you make a round ball.

Using a rolling pin, roll out as thin as you can, and into as much of a square or rectangle shape as you can make it, approx 3-4mm.

Cut into individual rectangular portions

Place on prepare baking tray, and begin preparing your Frankenstein Pizzas.

We used pizza sauce as a base, Cheese for hair, chopped Olives for eyes, Mushroom for a nose, and sliced Peppers for mouth. You can let your halloween inspired culinary creativity run wild.

Pop into the preheated oven, and bake for 15-18 minutes until dough has risen well and toppings are baked.
